Emily co-founded Moving Together and has been running the company since it was established in 2011.Along with managing the team of MTG staff, Emily oversees all inner workings of the company whilst delivering on a variety of key projects and strategically directing and developing the business through new partnerships, programmes and methods of participation.

Darcy's role encompasses the monitoring and development of participant experience across all programmes of work, managing our placement and employability strand, as well as focusing on evaluating the impact of many of our ongoing projects and partnerships. Darcy is also the company's Designated Safeguarding Officer and SEND specialist, delivering at partner SEND schools and on our Senior Dance Company programme.
