Our Keep Moving Monthly offer is available to anyone over the age of 55 who are interested in taking part in workshops in different styles delivered by professionals in the field! These sessions are designed to provide a foundation to the genre, an opportunity to learn directly from an expert, and to have fun in a supportive environment!

Keep Moving Monthly classes are held on select Mondays at Curve Theatre in Leicester, and are priced at £20 for a 2 hour workshop.
